Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the bi-weekly payroll process for four entities. You will ensure accurate computation of pay and deductions, maintain records, and collaborate with HR and Benefits to address payroll-related items.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of payroll experience and proficiency with Office 365. An Associate's degree in finance or HR is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience with payroll required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Associate's degree in finance or human resources preferred or related field and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for the four company entities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate payroll processing with HR/Benefits team and respond to inquiries.
