Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage the end-to-end payroll process for our growing organization. You will handle data entry from HR and timekeeping systems, import and verify earnings, and ensure accurate paycheck distribution.

This role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel/Word/Access skills, and familiarity with Kronos or similar timekeeping tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• 3+ years of Excel, Word, Access and timekeeping system experience.
• Knowledge of pro-rate salary calculations and job costing entries.
• Preferred: use of ADP Workforce, Ultimate Software, and Kronos software.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll start to finish, including HR data and deductions.
• Import pay data files and verify earnings for accuracy.
• Research and resolve payroll issues independently.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports for audit trails.
• Distribute paychecks and respond to payroll questions from staff.
• Assist with updating payroll procedures and controls.
