Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing, from HR data inputs to paycheck distribution, across multiple locations. You will ensure accuracy, resolve payroll issues, and prepare reports for compliance and audits.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll, strong Excel/BI skills, and familiarity with timekeeping systems. ADP/Ultimate/Kronos experience is preferred. On-site payroll operations in Austin, TX with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Required: 5+ years of payroll processing experience
• Required: 3+ years using Excel, Word, Access and timekeeping systems with BI reporting
• Required: experience with pro-rate salary calculations and payroll distribution

Responsabilidades

• Perform payroll processing end-to-end including data input, deductions, bonuses, and paycheck distribution
• Import pay data files and reconcile payroll outputs
• Resolve payroll issues and respond to inquiries from employees and supervisors
• Generate and reconcile payroll reports for audits and compliance
• Assist with timekeeping audits and process improvements
• Maintain organized payroll files and document procedures
