Job summary

Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting an experienced Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with federal, state, and local laws. You will manage payroll records, deductions, taxes, and reporting, while collaborating with HR and Finance to maintain compliance.

Proficiency with ADP, Paychex, UKG, Workday, Dayforce, or Paylocity is required. The salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll taxes, wage-and-hour laws, deductions, garnishments, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll records for hires, terminations, transfers and status changes.
• Ensure accurate calculation of payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.
