Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its Advisory Group in Colorado. You will manage client payrolls, ensure accuracy, and support implementation and training efforts for ADP RUN users.

Responsibilities include processing payrolls, reconciling taxes and deposits, building client relationships, and providing software support. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and CPP is a plus; strong attention to detail and multiclient hard deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• CPP preferred
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to learn new technology quickly

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update employee records, calculate/paying bonuses or severance, review tax calculations, reconcile deposits and withholdings
• Establish strong client relationships and provide excellent client service
• Provide technical software support to clients and train them on payroll processes
• Manage new client implementation projects and ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
• Be a resource to new hires and help develop team knowledge on ADP platforms
