Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a growing client base. You will handle processing, accuracy, and compliance while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires strong payroll expertise, problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Operations to optimize processes. Location is Chandler, AZ with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 1 year in payroll support or related role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS is a plus.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex payroll issues with accuracy and urgency.
• Oversee payroll processing for assigned book of business.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Production to streamline processes.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and phone.
• Ensure payrolls are submitted on time per deadlines and SLAs.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
