Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience may substitute.
• CPP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update records, calculate bonuses or severance, review tax calculations, and reconcile deposits.
• Establish trusted client relationships by consulting on payroll matters.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify out-of-scope work.
• Lead or support implementation projects and train clients on payroll processes.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and maintain knowledge of ADP software platforms.
