Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines and update employee records.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Maintain confidential employee data and trust in client relationships.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify out-of-scope work.
• Interview clients to understand payroll needs and manage new client implementations.
• Train clients on payroll processes and support implementation teams.
