Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience supporting union operations and possess an Associate degree or higher with a solid understanding of payroll compliance.

• Precision Processing: You will own the weekly payroll cycle for 200+ unionized employees,
• Operational Excellence: Beyond the spreadsheets, you’ll act as a strategic partner, helping us automate reporting workflows and participating in technical projects that scale our HR operations.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Toolkit: You have deep expertise in ADP Workforce Now and the Microsoft Office Suite. If you’ve worked with Yardi Voyager or similar ERP software, you’re already a step ahead.
• The Experience: 2-5 years experience, as well experience supporting Union
• The Foundation: An Associate degree (or higher) and a rock-solid understanding of payroll compliance.
