Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment for multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls timely to meet deadlines and update employee records.
• Calculate/pay bonuses or severance, review tax calculations, and reconcile deposits and withholdings.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Provide technical software support to clients and engage in implementation projects.
• Train clients on payroll processes and support new hires or junior staff.
