Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN and implementation.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Highly detail oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Deliverables: ensure payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies; process payrolls timely; update records; review tax calculations; reconcile deposits and withholdings.
• Client Service: build trusted client relationships; maintain confidentiality of employee data; communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Implementation & Technology: support implementation team; interview clients to understand payroll needs; manage new client onboarding.
• Individual and Team Development: assist new hires; share insights; maintain knowledge of ADP platforms.
