Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience processing payroll for 600+ employees.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Accounting or Finance background is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for a workforce of 600+ employees.
• Ensure payroll transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Utilize payroll systems to enter, review, and process employee information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address payroll-related questions and concerns.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and other related accounting functions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive payroll information.
• Support ongoing payroll operations and process improvements.
