Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations for a large employee population in Katy, Texas. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while collaborating with the payroll team and maintaining compliance with established procedures.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to resolve discrepancies quickly.

• Extensive experience processing payroll for 600+ employees.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Accounting or Finance background is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
