• Review payroll information and support data to identify discrepancies and ensure records accuracy.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely resolutions regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and other payroll matters.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and research variances to ensure payroll-related accounts are accurate.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processing, audits, and required payroll reporting.

Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Specialist

• The Senior Payroll Analyst will process biweekly payroll accurately and timely while ensuring employee pay, deductions, and adjustments are properly reflected
• Review payroll information and support data to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll records remain accurate
• Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely resolutions to issues involving pay, deductions, taxes, and other payroll matters
• Perform payroll reconciliations and research variances to ensure payroll-related accounts and records are accurate
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processing, audits, and required payroll reporting
