Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls timely to meet client deadlines, update employee records, and calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish strong and trusted client relationships by effectively consulting on payroll matters.
• Provide technical software support to clients.
• Identify and capture out of scope work and opportunities to expand services.
• Manage new client implementation projects with timely completion and satisfaction.
• Train clients on payroll processes as necessary.
• Mentor/guide less experienced staff and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Maintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws.
