Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a payroll professional to manage client payroll processing and delivery of accurate payroll services. You will ensure data integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support payroll implementations while maintaining client confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in payroll, familiarity with ADP RUN, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, CPP is a plus, and the firm offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience or more.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can substitute for degree.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely, update records, calculate bonuses/severance, and reconcile payroll deposits and withholdings.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, and employer contributions.
