Job summary

Restaurant365 seeks a senior Payroll Sales professional to drive new revenue by selling Payroll and Workforce Management solutions to enterprise and strategic restaurant accounts. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and close deals.

You will own net-new payroll sales into multi-unit operators, lead discovery with HR/Finance leaders, and build business cases quantifying ROI of migrating to R365 Payroll.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• Direct experience selling payroll, workforce management, or HCM solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM and disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Drive new payroll revenue by selling Restaurant365’s Payroll and Workforce Management solutions to enterprise and strategic restaurant accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Sales Engineers to identify and close payroll opportunities.
• Own net-new payroll sales into multi-unit restaurant operators, franchise organizations, and emerging chains.
• Lead discovery conversations with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations leaders to align solutions to business outcomes.
• Develop and present business cases quantifying the ROI of migrating to R365 Payroll.
