Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a track record of exceeding quota in software sales.
• Experience running a full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing.
• Experience selling payroll, workforce management, HCM, HR, or accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle for Commercial payroll opportunities from prospecting through close and handoff, against a full quota.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of Payroll and Workforce Management solutions that connect to operators' workflows.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce and Gong records, including next steps, close dates, and forecast.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to advance opportunities.
