Paylocity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategic direction and execution of multiple core HR products. You will drive product strategy from roadmap to delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to build features that meet customer needs and align with business goals.

You will leverage market insights and data to inform prioritization, collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, and Marketing, and mentor junior product managers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in a Product Manager role with proven delivery.
• Ability to execute roadmaps balancing vision with tactical delivery.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep customer and market insight with translation into actionable features.
• Thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity across teams.
• Data-driven decisions using metrics to guide product direction.
• Understanding of security standards balanced with customer needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior product managers.
• Domain expertise in payroll, benefits, time & labor, or HR tech preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap and manage features from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Navigate dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple teams for successful delivery.
• Prioritize and execute the most impactful features aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver product outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Regularly evaluate product outcomes against KPIs and iterate roadmap.
• Build alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners on roadmap goals.
• Define and track metrics for product success and use insights to drive improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership in planning and decision-making for product initiatives.
