MIMEDX is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead global payroll operations within the Finance team. This hybrid role located in Marietta, GA offers oversight of US, Canada, and Japan payroll processes and close collaboration with accounting. You will drive accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.

Qualified candidates have 10+ years in multi-state payroll and at least 5 years in management, with a Certified Payroll Professional credential and comfort using UKG (Ultipro).

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in multi-state payroll and/or accounting.
• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Certified Payroll Professional required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversees all payroll processing for multiple locations and timeframes.
• System administrator for workforce management system; ensures timesheets, timeclocks, attendance, and PTO accuracy.
• Ensure accurate wages, tax withholdings, and deductions per regulations.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close with payroll data to finance.
• Generate reports for audits and labor statistics.
