Zusammenfassung

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead US and Canada payroll, benefits, and total rewards across North America. This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to ensure compliance, controls, and an exceptional employee experience.

The position supports offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York, and San Francisco with a requirement of at least two in-office days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing payroll and benefits across US and Canada.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of payroll administration, taxes, and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/provincial employment regulations (FLSA, wage and hour, ERISA, FMLA).
• CPP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead payroll operations for US and Canada with timely, accurate processing.
• Administer benefits programs and annual open enrollment planning.
• Develop NA benefits and total rewards strategies; benchmark; vendor negotiations.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and analytics; support leadership decisions.
• Oversee cross-border payroll and LATAM support.
• Lead and coach the Senior Payroll & Benefits Coordinator.
