UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing remotely across the United States. You will ensure accurate payroll entries, manage complex adjustments, and act as a subject matter expert for payroll questions while mentoring colleagues.

You may work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office requirements for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area candidates (four days per week).

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and processes.

Aufgaben

• Identify new payroll processes or changes to existing payroll business processes.
• Process accurate and timely payroll entries including STD payments, termination pay, relocation and other payline adjustments.
• Act as an SME for payroll-related questions and issues and mentor teammates.
• Manage Tier 2 cases, assign volume, and communicate SLA guidelines to managers and employees.
