Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of payroll experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities under deadline pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel; experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for ~1,700 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit and reconcile payroll data and personnel changes to ensure data integrity.
• Implement controls to safeguard financial integrity of the Fund.
• Maintain payroll data in Workforce Management and ADP Enterprise systems; time and attendance processing.
• Create and manage custom reports; handle data imports/exports.
