Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for 3,000+ employees in a dynamic environment. You will supervise and develop staff, ensure accurate weekly and biweekly cycles, and partner with Accounting, HR, and program leadership to support reliable payroll delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with Workday and ADP, strong process controls, and knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations. Excellent customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field required.
• Payroll-related certifications required.
• Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible payroll experience.
• At least three years leading a payroll team or function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing team of Payroll Specialists handling 3,000+ employees.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff in the department.
• Oversee weekly and biweekly payroll cycles and ensure on-time, accurate processing.
• Oversee timekeeping and payroll systems, including Workday and ADP, with proper controls.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and audits.
