Job summary

Arlington Resources in Chicago Loop is seeking a Payroll Administrator for an onsite role. The candidate will run multi-site, end-to-end payroll for up to 500 employees, handling changes, deductions, garnishments, audits, and reconciliations.

The role requires weekly/bi-weekly payrolls, issue resolution, and compliance. UKG experience or familiarity with a major payroll system is a big plus. This position is 100% onsite with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-site, end-to-end payroll for up to 500 employees.
• Familiarity with UKG or other mainstream payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple sites.
• Enter employee changes, deductions and garnishments.
• Perform audits, reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Manage off-cycle payrolls and compliance tasks.

Our client located in the Chicago Loop is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Ideal candidate will run multi-site, end-to-end, weekly and bi-weekly payroll for up to 500 employees. This includes entering employee changes, deductions, garnishments, issue resolution, audits, reconciliations, off-cycle payrolls and compliance. Previous experience with UKG a huge plus or any main stream payroll system. Salary $75K to $90K. Full benefits available. This position is 100% onsite.
