Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in payroll or related field.
• Multistate payroll processing with expatriate processing is key.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with UKG/Ultipro (Ultipro) and SAP or similar ERP.
• Experience with outsourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct complete payroll processing for North America.
• Lead payroll department for the North America unit.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll for all stakeholders.
• Evaluate payroll against external benchmarks and propose future changes.
• Review exempt/non-exempt payroll; post payroll after audit.
• Oversee executive incentive payments and tax reporting.
• Administer expatriate payroll and tax equalization.
• Maintain payroll system updates and mapping to GL.
• Prepare annual payroll budget and communicate changes.
• Manage year-end payroll closing and W-2 processes.
• Create training materials for processors.
• Engage external auditors for financial and workers' compensation audits.
• Supervise Time & Attendance and Ultipro usage.
• Document payroll processes.
• Ensure safety procedures compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
