Job summary

Bentley Mills is seeking a Payroll Manager to supervise payroll operations for about 450 employees across the United States. You will manage bi-weekly payrolls, timekeeping, and compliance, coordinating with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, ADP Workforce Now experience, and expertise in multi-state payroll processes, with opportunities to optimize procedures and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Kronos, UKG or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing for 450 employees.
• Process commissions, bonuses, incentive pay, and shifts.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Review changes for hires, promotions, transfers, and status.
• Manage timekeeping systems, accruals, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations.
