The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting/finance/business admin, 10–12 years of payroll management experience, and a CPP certification. This role offers hands-on leadership in a growing, integrity-driven company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive payroll management experience, including team leadership.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time processing.
• Oversees payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and filings in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Leads, manages, develops, and evaluates payroll team members to promote accuracy, consistency, and professional growth.
• Collaborates with people practices and Finance leaders on payroll policy interpretation, benefit deductions, and system integrations.
• Implements process improvements and technology enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversees payroll audits, controls, and compliance initiatives to reduce risk.
• Monitors legislative changes affecting payroll operations and ensures timely updates to procedures and systems.
