Qualifications

• 2-4 years of payroll processing experience.
• FPC or CPP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll transactions, including wage calculations, deductions, and adjustments.
• Verifies timekeeping records and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Responds to pay-related inquiries with clear, timely information.
• Maintains confidential payroll records and documentation per data privacy rules.
• Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and resolves discrepancies before submission.
