Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal corporate payroll experience with responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees.
• Experience managing complex multi-state payroll on the employer side.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, payroll audits, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience researching and resolving payroll discrepancies, tax issues, and employee inquiries.
• Experience working on an internal payroll team supporting a large employee population.
• Exposure to benefits administration, including enrollments, employee inquiries, and life event changes.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing, construction, engineering, or corporate environment.
