Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for accuracy, compliance, and on-time processing.
• Oversee payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and filings under federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, manage, develop, and evaluate payroll team members.
• Collaborate with People Practices and Finance leaders on payroll policies, benefit deductions, and system integrations.
• Implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Oversee payroll audits, controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor legislative changes affecting payroll and update procedures and systems.
