Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Six or more years in payroll with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems implementations or integrations.
• Proven ability to lead a high-performing payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for 20,000+ employees.
• Govern outsourced payroll provider via SLAs, KPIs, and controls.
• Partner with People, Benefits, Labor Relations, Finance, Tax, IT, and operations.
• Drive payroll transformation and automation roadmap.
• Lead multi-location payroll team with clear expectations.
• Resolve payroll incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain payroll risk and SOX-compliant controls.
• Govern changes to payroll systems and processes.
• Manage relationships with international payroll providers.
• Ensure accurate payroll taxation and timely filings.
• Support crewmember development and engagement.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis.
