• Manage end-to-end payroll processes and review data for accuracy.
• Oversee day-to-day BAU activities of payroll specialists and support channels.
• Lead and mentor a team across multiple locations to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure payrolls are processed with SOX-compliant controls and timely closes.
• Support Payroll Transformation projects with minimal service disruption.
