Job summary

JetBlue Airways is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried crewmembers. You will ensure accurate, on-time processing and compliance with applicable regulations while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role requires SAP Payroll and UKG experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to crewmembers. On-site work in the Orlando area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of related work experience.
• 2 years of analytical (or related) experience and 1 year of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with SAP Payroll and UKG Workforce Management or similar timekeeping systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills; ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried crewmembers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll data for accuracy, validate and reconcile results using SAP.
• Pull timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with senior staff.
• Analyze payroll results to identify discrepancies, trends, and risks requiring action.
• Perform pay-period-over-pay-period analysis to detect significant changes.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with JetBlue policies and CBAs, and respond to payroll inquiries.
