Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive payroll experience.

Aufgaben

• Process weekly multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage garnishments, reimbursements, and new hire adjustments.
• Audit timesheets and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, taxes, and reporting.
• Set up new hires and rehires in payroll systems.
• Prepare payroll reports and year-end tax filings.
• Collaborate with Accounting and HR across states.
• Maintain payroll policies and drive process improvements.
