Urth Payroll Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager in Los Angeles, CA to oversee payroll for 500+ employees. You will ensure timely, accurate payroll, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations across locations.

The role requires 7+ years of payroll leadership, advanced ADP Workforce Now skills, and fluent Spanish/English communication. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Payroll Department and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-state payroll processing, wage/hour laws, and labor compliance requirements.
• Experience managing payroll deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
• Advanced ADP Workforce Now Payroll experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required, with strong communication in both languages.
• Attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing for 500+ employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Process multi-state payroll ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, reporting, reconciliations, quarter-end and year-end processing.
• Administer deductions, garnishments, benefits, wage assignments, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Review and process meal/rest period premium payments and labor compliance.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute payroll reports to HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Partner with HR for hires, terminations, pay changes, leaves, and status changes.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support audits and propose process improvements.
