Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to lead full cycle biweekly payroll for multi-state staff. You will maintain accurate records, audit time data, and process changes with a focus on compliance and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, strong Excel and ADP knowledge, and CPP is preferred. This role collaborates with HR and Finance and supports audits within an onsite/hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance standards and tax requirements.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle biweekly payroll for multi-state employees.
• Maintain payroll records with high accuracy and integrity.
• Audit time and attendance records; calculate wages, overtime and supplemental pay.
• Execute payroll changes including deductions, tax status updates, and employment changes.
• Distribute final wages in compliance with state laws.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with HR and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations.
• Administer wage garnishments and tax withholdings.
• Maintain accurate employee data in payroll/HRIS systems.
• Oversee paycard enrollment and distributions.
• Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist in internal and external payroll audits.
• Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
