Job summary

The role partners with HR, Benefits, Finance, and payroll vendors, handling complex issues, documenting processes, and leading training and SOPs. Hybrid schedule with on-site and remote work options is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of payroll experience.
• 4–6 years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour requirements, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management.
• Ability to interpret policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with HR, Benefits, Finance, and payroll vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process and review payroll transactions with accurate calculations and timely payments.
• Analyze payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Maintain payroll records including changes, leaves, hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Perform reconciliations and validate payroll reports and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls.
• Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in payroll projects, audits, and system enhancements.
• Monitor changes in payroll legislation and company policies.
• Provide guidance and training to payroll team members.
