Job summary

ADP in the United States is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (Payroll) to lead client onboarding and deployment of HCM/payroll solutions. You will apply project management and consulting expertise to guide clients through best practices, ensuring a smooth implementation and strong adoption of ADP products.

You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, manage complex requirements, and deliver high-quality results while upholding ADP’s service guidelines and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Payroll.
• Strong client relationship skills with ability to influence and guide clients.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Learning agility and critical thinking with application of best practices.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
