Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (Payroll) in Parsippany, NJ to lead client onboarding of ADP payroll products and services.

The role combines analytics and project management to deliver effective implementations and exceptional onboarding experiences. You will partner with clients, manage relationships, and apply ADP's training and service guidelines to ensure successful deployments of HCM offerings while maintaining high professional standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Payroll.
• Ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking in new implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
