Job summary

Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. seeks an HR Manager to oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, and HRIS management for a midsized multi-state company with operations in central NC.

You will ensure accurate payroll processing and participate in journal-ready reconciliation with Finance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR with payroll, benefits, and HRIS responsibilities, and strong Excel and compliance know-how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years' experience in Human Resources with direct responsibility for payroll, benefits and HRIS.
• Experience with CentrallyHR platform experience a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll compliance, benefits regulations and vendor billing reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and audit capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations for the multi-state corporation.
• Manage benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Maintain the HRIS platform and partner with Finance to ensure vendor billing accuracy, cost center integrity and journal-ready reconciliation.
