Job summary

Rabobank seeks a Senior Payroll and HRIS Partner to lead day-to-day payroll operations and administer Workday HRIS across North America. You will coordinate payroll for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and expatriates, ensuring accurate processing, tax compliance, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant payroll, HRIS, or related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. payroll operations, taxes, and controls.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional payroll including Canada, Mexico, and expatriates.
• Proficiency with Workday, ADP, and Excel; hands-on Workday administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America payroll operations with calendars, deadlines, and controls.
• Process payroll inputs, taxes, deductions, expatriate items, and final results.
• Prepare reconciliations, variance analyses, and audit records.
• Manage payroll tax filing activity with ADP and related filings.
• Resolve payroll inquiries and provide confidential guidance to staff.
• Administer Workday HCM and payroll functionality; coordinate with stakeholders.
