Job summary

Rabobank Gruppe is seeking a Senior Payroll and HRIS Partner to lead North America payroll operations and provide Workday HRIS administration across the region. You will coordinate payroll calendars, inputs, tax filings, and multi-jurisdictional issues for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and expatriates.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, ADP, and vendors to ensure accurate processing, strong controls, and continuous improvement of payroll and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of payroll/HRIS experience.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. payroll operations, taxes, and reconciliations.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, and multi-jurisdiction payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America payroll operations with calendars, controls, and deadlines.
• Process inputs, tax calculations, expatriate items, and final results.
• Manage payroll tax filings with ADP and ensure compliance.
• Administer Workday HCM and resolve data and integration issues.
