Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Payroll and HR.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure and test solutions, and support payroll and HR operations to ensure compliance and timely cycle closes. You will work with another Payroll/HR BA and peer analysts to optimize configurations, interfaces, and reporting. The role emphasizes strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills in a multi-company electrical

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive business systems analysis experience, including 5 years supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Payroll/HR
• Experience with JD Edwards E1 Payroll and HR modules, objects, tables, and data flows
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate testing and implementation

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional, configuration, and system documentation for developers and users
• Develop and maintain end-user training for JD Edwards Payroll and HR processes
• Assess Payroll/HR capabilities and identify upgrades or integrations
• Coordinate testing and vendor work to ensure correct configuration and integration with E1
• Serve as liaison among Payroll/HR users, development, QA, and external partners
• Follow requirements-gathering processes and document specifications
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities and HR processes
