Qualifications

• 8+ years ERP experience with HR/Payroll focus.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Experience leading teams or acting as a senior functional lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of functional specialists supporting HR and Payroll systems.
• Oversee project work and enhancements across ERP initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and guide solutions.
• Serve as functional authority on system capabilities and business alignment.
• Ensure testing, deployment, and production readiness for ERP changes.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and manage vendor performance.
• Provide oversight of deliverables and accountability for outcomes.
