Job summary

MYR Group Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Payroll and HR, collaborating with Payroll/HR BAs and analysts.

You will gather requirements, document processes, configure solutions, test changes, and support payroll/HR operations to ensure compliance and timely cycle closes. The role emphasizes staying current with JDE E1 capabilities, interfacing with external vendors, and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive business systems analysis, including at least 5 years with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Payroll/HR; 10 years total analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare functional, configuration, and system documentation for developers and users.
• Deliver and maintain end-user training for JD Edwards Payroll and HR processes.
• Assess current Payroll/HR capabilities and recommend upgrades or tools to improve accuracy, cycle time, or compliance.
• Coordinate testing and deployment to ensure correct configuration and integration with E1 and related systems.
• Provide expert support for payroll and HR processes, including month-, quarter-, and year-end activities.
