Employment Enterprises is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Payroll workstream within enterprise HCM initiatives, focusing on Workday and UKG. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in program management or project management for enterprise HCM platforms.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional HCM programs involving HR, payroll, finance, and operations.
• Strong planning, organizational, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience with Agile or other delivery methodologies in enterprise platform environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting Workday and UKG implementations, configurations, testing, and stabilization.
• Knowledge of core HCM processes such as payroll, time and attendance, and employee self-service.

Responsibilities

• Provide Senior Project Manager support for the Payroll workstream for Workday and UKG.
• Develop, maintain, and track Payroll work stream plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate Payroll work stream meetings, prepare materials, document decisions, track follow-up items, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations, IT, vendors, and partners to align priorities and support delivery momentum.
• Support Payroll-related process improvement, change management, training coordination, and adoption planning.
• Prepare and maintain payroll work stream documentation, dashboards, RAID logs, and status updates.
• Communicate payroll work stream status, risks, and decisions to leadership and affected business areas.
• Ensure deliverables meet business needs, quality, compliance, and data integrity standards.
