SciTec Incorporated, a leading provider of advanced sensor data processing and scientific instrumentation, has an immediate opening for a Senior Payroll Administrator in Princeton, NJ. The role manages multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees and coordinates with the parent company for consolidated reporting, SOX controls, and equity compensation.

The ideal candidate will have CPP certification or equivalent, strong ADP/HRIS experience, and a track record in public-company payroll

Qualifications

• CPP certification is preferred for this senior payroll role.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or GovCon‑specific ERP systems is highly valued.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll and equity compensation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees.
• Reconcile payroll data and prepare GL entries and monthly accruals.
• Oversee RSU vesting payments and equity compensation in payroll systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and auditable payroll documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on leaves, deductions, and policy updates.
