SciTec Incorporated in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage our multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees and oversee equity compensation payroll operations. This role partners with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum 4 years of payroll experience with multi-state knowledge.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday and ADP preferred).
• Ability to identify and resolve complex payroll issues with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full payroll function for multi-state, bi-weekly cycles.
• Audit payroll data in ADP and other HRIS for accuracy.
• Reconcile ADP data with Costpoint and prepare GL entries and accruals.
• Ensure proper tax, benefit deductions and confidentiality.
• Maintain payroll docs for audits and cooperate with HR on leaves.
• Assist with RSU vesting, equity reporting, and policies.
