SciTec Incorporated, a Firefly Aerospace company, seeks a Senior Payroll Administrator to manage our multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees and oversee equity compensation reporting. The role collaborates with Accounting, HR, and governance teams to ensure SOX controls and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep payroll expertise in a public company environment, strong analytical skills, and experience with ADP, Workday, and Costpoint. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of payroll experience with multi-state knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday and ADP preferred).
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve system-related discrepancies.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full payroll function for 500+ employees across multiple states, bi-weekly.
• Audit payroll data in ADP and other HRIS systems and reconcile with Costpoint.
• Ensure accurate tax, benefits deductions, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with HR on leaves of absence and equity vesting events.
• Prepare GL payroll entries and monthly accruals; support SOX controls and audits.
